After 15 years in theatre, including working as a scenic artist, electrician and Assistant Technical Director at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego; Kate went back to school, ultimately earning an MS in Nursing. She is now a Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. She is an avid photographer and gardener.
