Bill has been president, chief cook and bottle washer for Sapsis Rigging,Inc. since he started the company back in 1981. Before that he spent 10 years roaming the country taking theatre jobs wherever they presented themselves. Over his 34+ years career his work has taken him to 5 continents and included rigging at the White House during the Clinton Administration. Bill is co-chair of the Rigging Working Group for ESTA and co-chair of the Certification Committee for the ETCP. He's on the advisory board for Stage Directions and Protocol Magazines and the NYC Technical College. In his civilian life he has 3 kids, 1 dog, 2 cats and a rabbit.
