Join the Ride - Rider Registration
First off, we want to thank you for considering riding with us on this, our second BC/EFA charity run "Out of the Wings and Into the wind." We had a great time on the first ride and are looking forward to an even better run this trip.
To help insure the success of this ride, all riders are required to have the following:

1) A motorcycle with a range of at least 150 miles between gas stops.

2) A valid drivers license with the appropriate motorcycle endorsement, where applicable.

3) Proof of insurance for yourself and the bike that you are riding. For example, if it’s your brothers’ sisters’ uncles’ bike that you will be riding, then the insurance must cover your driving it.

4) A minimum of $1,000.00 in donations. If you have a passenger then you and your partner will need to have a minimum of $1,500, (combined) in donations. There is a $150 deposit, per bike, due with your registration that will be counted toward the total donations collected.
This is a charity ride after all and while it’s going to be great fun, the real goal is to raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Your ride fee will go directly to Broadway Cares/equity Fights AIDS. So, if you collect money from friends, co-workers, etc., make sure they make their checks payable to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Registration for riding in this event will close on May 31, 2005.
Service providers and donations are coming in all the time, so it’s hard to say exactly what benefits will be available at the start of the ride, but we're pretty sure that the minimum we’ll be able to provide is….

Discounts on gas, food and lodging along the route provided you use the designated vendors.

A T-shirt.
-
A good time and the satisfaction of knowing that you have participated in and contributed to a very worthwhile cause.
