Jack "Blinker" Tilbury

Jack is a founder director of the London based theatre consultancy Charcoalblue and now runs the Project Management and consultancy firm Plann Limited (www.plann.co) which specialises in advising on all aspects of cultural capital projects.

Having joined the ride at the last minute for the past two years, you never know. But his involvement this year is unfortunately looking doubtful.
