From Greg's driveway in Boone where they have just been hit with with about twelve feet of snow, here are some pix of the ice-breaking party... the driveway is only about 40' long, but it gets NO sun on the most of it. The close-up of the ice is ice from early December, right after the flood that left the driveway pitted and rutted... Stovepipe, kersosene powered forced-air heater, Harley Davidson jack, and an old Dish Network dish are making a tremendous difference... along with the snow shovel and 400 pounds of ice-melt!
